Cosy Club magazine is released monthly and is a 30-page exploration of the magic of Adventure Island TV and is a PDF, making it perfect for online sharing - you are welcome to share as far and as wide as you wish.
The content is based on Greg's philosophy of 'show, not tell' and shaped around his theory of the Infinite Curriculum. On Adventure Island, learning is not boxed in by expectation, targets, or 'do-this-do-that'. Instead it is a simple exploration of the joy of childhood and curiosity. There is no box ticking on Adventure Island - it is simply about showing children the rich possibilities in life, both real and imagined, and that there is magic in numbers, symbols and chatting. I would recommend that you make it very clear to parents that the content is not a competition or a book band book or 'can my child do this or that?'. It is there for chat, sharing and joy.
And if you are inspired to want to immerse in the magic of Adventure Island as part of your practice, then why not join me on my online training sessions here ? The online training programme will be updated each month with opportunities to open up the door to its magic. If there are none on the training page, then it merely means that it is sold out and another future session will be announced on my social media!
