THE QUEST is a twelve month immersion into who you are in the Kingdom of Play alongside an expansive exploration of childhood and its magic.
Each month, you will receive an article in your inbox that will inspire, challenge and uplift you, as well as giving you a unique opportunity to engage in ongoing action research that has one sole aim: to liberate teachers and childhood.
THE QUEST is based around modules and already over 500 people have adventured with Module 1 which has led to a wealth of observation and evidence of what children and adults are truly capable of when they play. Now it's your chance to come on board for Module 2 which begins in April 2024.
Module 2 will open up a world of who children are, shifting the lens of what we look for away from 'outcome' and more towards who and what children are when they play to show the Adult World that its pursuit of outcome and measurability is both unimaginative and absurd. It is your chance to help write the true story of childhood.
Module 2 doesn't require a huge amount of work, it just needs a reflective mind, ten minutes each month to read the article and then respond through your practice and upload one photo a month and answer a handful of simple questions via a Google Form as a window into what you have unearthed.
Your photos and research will be included in an e-book called 'What Childhood Wants' at the end of the module, so you will be contributing to a powerful statement of childhood and what it needs to truly flourish.
You can register for THE QUEST right now - once 1 April 2024 comes, the door will close...
THE QUEST is just £30 for the entire year, so for the price of a small coffee you can play your part in the great adventure.
I can't wait to have your company.
Let's go...
Module 2 has been created as a standalone from Module 1, but you will also be able to access Module 1 too from September 2024 if you want to immerse in that part of THE QUEST. Access to it will be open from August 2024.
"Module 1 of THE QUEST has been an incredible experience as it's made me reflect more on who I am and my role with children. It's been challenging at times because I've had to unlearn some of what I thought about children, but I can honestly say that THE QUEST has made me a better teacher. more in tune with children and more open to their autonomy and creativity. Thank you, Greg for sharing your passion and wisdom - life feels a whole lot better for THE QUEST!"
